When formulating Perfect Glass we focused on function and function only. We threw out any ingredient that could cause smearing such as fragrance or cheap recovered solvents to produce a glass cleaner that cleans hard but doesn't smear. It also creates a positive charge on the glass and is antistatic, helping to repel dust.
